How will my item be packaged?

Your item will be gift wrapped in our logo embossed gift boxed, wrapped in our signature coloured tissue paper and then placed in a cardboard box. which is designed to fit through a standard letterbox

How long will it take to receive my item?
Shipping times are dependent on which shipping option you chose and are as follows:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-4 working days (unless advised otherwise)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-3 working days (unless advised otherwise)

Weather, strikes and bank holidays can delay the above estimated times but our goal is always as quick as possible! No one wants to wait for their new items to arrive.

We currently only sell and ship to mainland UK.
The cost of postage is free for all orders over £50 and will be sent via Royal Mail: Tracked 48.

How can I track my order?

Tracking references will be automatically emailed. 


Is your Sterling Silver jewellery Hallmarked?
All our products are made from high-quality 925 sterling silver. We ensure that our silver is nickel-free, making our jewellery suitable for most individuals with sensitive skin. Sterling Silver Jewellery requires a hallmark if the article weighs over 7.78 grams, as detailed Under the 1973 UK Hallmarking Act.

What are your care instructions for my sterling Silver jewellery?
Your silver jewellery will naturally develop a patina over time so regular cleaning and storage are essential to maintain it’s shine. To keep your jewellery looking bright please care for your piece as follows:

  • Clean Jewellery in soapy water
  • Rinse & dry well
  • Use a jewellery polishing cloth regularly
  • Most importantly to prolong the life of your jewellery, removing before bathing or swimming.

 

Can I return my item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days from date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage will be deducted from the refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not accept returns on earrings or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

What if my item is damaged/defective or wrong?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right asap.


Can I make an exchange?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Is it possible to order a large quantity or more than is currently showing as in stock?

We certainly welcome large orders so don't hesitate to drop an email to deiadesignsuk@gmail.com and we'll do everything we can to help with your request.
